Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any product on the pho88 platform. pho88 is committed to maintaining a safe, fraud-free gaming environment. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme that requires all Players to verify their identity before withdrawals are processed and, in certain circumstances, before large deposits are accepted.

Withdrawal requests submitted before 17:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) on business days are typically processed within the same business day. Requests submitted after this cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next available business day. pho88 targets a same-day withdrawal rate for fully verified accounts.
pho88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems potentially suspicious, regardless of prior KYC status. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) safeguard and is not an accusation of wrongdoing.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pho88.
The pho88 name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks of pho88. Unauthorised use of any pho88 trademark — including use in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
pho88 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pho88 will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, KYC verification services, and game studios — solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and deliver services to you.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time:
Upon termination for breach, pho88 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation and, if fraud or money laundering is confirmed, to report the matter to the appropriate authorities and/or seek recovery of funds through legal means.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pho88 is licensed and incorporated. pho88 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform and complies with the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.
By using the pho88 Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction, including in Indonesia, and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform complies with any applicable local laws. pho88 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for your use of the Platform in contravention of local law.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with pho88 support shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
pho88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to address an urgent security or integrity issue.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.
